Affordable Connectivity Program

Under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the previous Emergency Broadband Benefit Program has been renamed the Affordable Connectivity Program. Although the program's benefit has been lowered from $50/month to $30/month, the definitions and operative terms of the program remain intact. Under those definitions, an Affordable Connectivity offer is one that is affordable for four-person household that includes two dependents under age 18 and has an income 136% of poverty line. IIJA Section 60502, "Broadband Affordability". For white-labeled, turnkey ACP automation, please contact Ready.
